Cancellation Policy

These cancellation terms apply to Framnils bookings unless your written quotation states otherwise.
1. After you approve a quote
A booking is confirmed once you approve the quotation and pay any required deposit. Cancellation terms in your booking agreement take precedence if they differ from this page.
2. Standard windows
Cancellations 30 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations 15–29 days before the event receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Within 14 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable.
3. Edit-only jobs
If work has already started on photo, video, or reel editing, charges for completed work are deducted from any refund.
4. How to cancel
Write to sales@framnils.com with your booking reference. We will confirm the applicable refund in writing.
