2. Our services
Framnils provides managed photography and videography services across India, including full-package coverage, shoot-only, edit-only, reel shoots, and related post-production. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in your quotation and booking agreement.
3. Your information and data
When you submit a form on our website, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, service requirements, and city. This data is collected solely to understand your needs, provide quotations, manage bookings, coordinate professionals, and deliver a better experience to you.
4. We do not sell your data
Your personal information is used only by Framnils for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. We may share limited details with verified photographers, videographers, or editors assigned to your project only as needed to fulfil your service.
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we store and handle your data responsibly and limit access to authorised team members.
6. Quotations and bookings
Quotations shared by our team are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed once you approve the quotation and pay any required deposit. Final deliverables, timelines, and scope are as agreed in your quotation.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are shared at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a partial or full deposit refund as per the agreed policy. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, edited photos, videos, and reels delivered to you are licensed for your personal or commercial use as specified in your quotation. Raw files may be provided based on your package. Framnils may retain copies for backup and quality purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
Framnils acts as a managed service connecting you with verified professionals. While we take care in assignment and coordination, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service, except where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
